PTSD is a major issue in the Veteran community today. I support

efforts to further recognize and treat this condition.

A university research program is conducting a brief survey. The

graduate student overseeing the survey and her university shall remain

anonymous as will the identity of any veteran who completes the

survey.

If you know of a Vet who is or may be diagnosed with PTSD, please pass

along the link below. This shouldn't take more than a very few minutes

to complete.

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=K7I4...2xM_2bbrQ_3d_3d

Again, this is totally anonymous, no names or emails are required and

there is no follow up. This is only for basic research purposes, not

for treatment or identification.

Thanks!

Jim

The survey form is defective, in that you cannot use the same vertical column for more than one answer.

Chuck 75,

Here is the message from Jim.

Thanks. There was a software glitch that has been repaired. I have

days when I wonder if we shouldn't return to pencils and paper for all

our communications. Computers aren't always our friends!

Best regards,

Jim

Always,

Josephine
