Question

Hi all;

Just a few questions. I am 50% sc for Panic and Depression. I filed up on my claim last april 06 and my SO filed on PTSD which I know was wrong. Had 2 psych CP's in the last 6 months. CP Doctor was in my favor for me going up on my claim. Also filed Back and Neck claims which I injured in service in Mar 06.

I had a CP on my back and neck Sept 06. CP doctor was also in my favor.

Please explain if you can this phone call I got yesterday. A lady called me and said she was from the comp and Pension clinic and I am to come in this friday for another CP exam for IU. I asked her what the appt. was for and she said we are checking you out from head to toe. Here I go again why so many CP exams for the same thing. Is it because they do not like Doctors going in your favor.

Thank you for your help. I am nervous again.

You tripped the criteria for an automatic review for IU. That means they are going to look you over and see if they can grant you 100% comp based on Individual Unemployability. If you aren't working, I would speculate that you will get it, too. THis is a good thing. Good Luck!
