Question

Gary Sinise (actor in Forrest Gump movie) has been named the national spokeperson for "The American Veterans Disabled for Life Memorial". I wish that he could also be the spokeperson for veterans and what they go through in the VA claim process. Hope you can open the following link.

Thanks for your Post. Forrest Gump had a story within a story of how Lt Dan faired as a patriot serving as his ancestors had, being severely wounded with his treatment and how he faired when he got home.

It seems to me that instead of the showboating and grand standing the VA should become a facilitator to help wounded Veterans get back into the world.

I also think that VA owes this approach to all who served honorably.

Would it be that hard to set up a training facility and College to accommodate handicapped Veterans to get Certification and Degrees.
