74.668 rounds down to 70%

bilateral factor on feet is 10% + 10% = 19% x 1.10 (balateral factor) = 20.9%

60% + 20.9% + 20% = 74.668%, which rounds down to 70%

Bilateral factor is both ratings combined normally, then 10% of that total is added to it, then it gets factored in with all the other ratings.

90%, TDIU P&T

In the rest of the world .668 would get you the next higher number but I do not believe the VA even use any . numbers (.5 goes to the higher number)

Ricky, That is kinda what i was coming up with. I will have to ask my VSO if there is something to do about this.
