Question

He sent FOIAs to the NARA with any information he had to identity the veteran.

I forget what topic this should be under-

still getting used to the board -

I think I can get a reversed order in posts?

most recent first?

going to try to do that today-

I know 2 wannabees and might consider writing an FOIA to NARA like Burkett did-

will let you know how that turns out-

everytime I start to read this book (Stolen Valor) I get so angry I have never finished it.

Burkette had someone in the Government helping him. Its to bad the Service Organizations don't work harder at checking credentials of wannabees.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

Berta,

Just put in a reserve at my Library for Stolen Valor. Looks like it is not very favorable to the Viet Nam Vet............................GARY

I put in an FOIA. Doris Lama called me up. She sent me my ships logs for both cruises. She did not send SHAD info. This is fine with me because no reply about the question is a form of reply. My advice is to get hard copy of the conversation that you are having with Doris. She is a very nice person. Get the response by letter would be a little better. I requested a phone call within 20. She took about 25 days. Guess I had better say thanks again Berta.

Excerpt from the 'Declaration of Independence'

We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity
