The answer to that is no. The pay A&A in lieu of the 100% rate, if I am not mistaken. Wow if they added things like that I think I could use some A&A!!!!!! Just think of the screaming taxpayers, who already think veterans are a bunch of worthless, give me type people who are getting over!!!! Paying some lazy worthless person 6 grand a month just because he was shot at and hit, sprayed with chemicals and God knows what, therefore he lost his legs and hearing and is crazy. You would hear the screams all the way to Mars!!! hahahaha P.S. this incluldes congress persons too that need more money to support useless pork projects which gets them votes and keeps 'em in power.
