HadIt.com Elder Josephine Posted May 18, 2008 Author HadIt.com Elder Share Posted May 18, 2008 (edited) I actually thought they had awarded you 100% per a past post- Here is the TDIU form- forget-Jose[hine -do you get SSDI for anxiety? That is what question 18 means. Question # 25 Remarks- you can refer them to additioal page and list how your meds affect you with side affects and thell them anything else that shows you cannot work due to your service connected disability. I am surprised they did not send the fornm to you or ask for more information as to your unemployability. Did your IMO doctor state anything like that as to how the anxiety causes you to be unemployed? Berta, I was told it would be 100%, but it was changed during the process. No, I do not receive Social Security Disability for " Anxiety" not enough work credits. Always remained below the poverty level for my employment monies . If you have a chance I have posted the complete first and second C&P and you will note that each of the doctors did address my employment and also my first filing date of 1978 and also the NSC for 100% for Anxiety, but never drew a dime due to my husbands' income. You will have to overlook some of Dr. Lehmxxxx's sly remarks. I sent a letter straight to the R. O and the Patient Advocate and she chose not to remove them or give me a new C&P. I have written to Dr. Crowely concerning the employment issue. Betty Edited May 18, 2008 by Josephine
free_spirit_etc
ANOTHER thing to point out then - that though you DID work - the anxiety affected your ability to earn much your entire life, and even when you were able to work - your anxiety prevented you from earning enough to get SSD - Also - as to their point that you WORKED in a HIGH STRESS JOB. They are saying that - as if you were able to HANDLE a HIGH STRESS job. Was your job REALLY a HIGH STRESS job? Or was the job HIGHLY STRESSFUL to YOU. i.e. is it a job that ANYONE would find high stress? or was it a typical job that YOU found too be highly stressful --due to having chronic anxiety. Free Berta, I was told it would be 100%, but it was changed during the process. No, I do not receive Social Security Disability for " Anxiety" not enough work credits.
