When was the last time that the base percentages were updated? I am not talking about December increases. For instance, 10% disabled is $117 for veteran with spouse. Spam is an all around grease soaked, meat-like substance that can be used as plaster or food. You have a hole in your roof or belly, fix it with spam. Black beans and rice can go a long way as well.
