Question

right now im on iu

my rating is

50% head

20% bi lat hearing

10% Tinnitus

70% mood

in order to get to a schedular 100% the 70% mood disorder is not used to calculate its like its non existent

so in order for me to get to a schedular 100% mathmatically for straight rating purposes im at a 70%

is that correct??

The mood dis order is not used to calculate for rating purposes its only good for iu which im already on.

They are counting it.

According to VA math 70 +50+20+10 adds up to 89.2 percent or rounded up to 90 percent schedular.

The IU pays a 100 percent rate.

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.
