Higher Level "r" A&a

Question

i AM 100% FOR viral encephilitas,causes sizures since NAM. Broke 4 Ribs, did brain damage, got brain damage and worse seizures. Retired in 97 Forced Retirement OPM retire records in VA records 2006 claim filed for housebound. Now "L" A&A Can I Get R. Wife has to Med. me, go to appts, operate VNS appliance, call emergency, make sure I don't injure myself as i've done before--3rd. degree burned back, facial reconstruction. Can I factually get to "o" or someway to get to "R"?

My wife does most things for me too... I am A&A at L 1/2.... the reason for this is that I am rated 100% for lungs and then have addition seperate 50% disability. I do not know how you can get to O or R without haveing something else wrong with you. SMC codes are hard to understand. Maybe soemone with better understanding of SMC's will chime in, then I too might learn something.....

The way you can get R1 is to have two separate and distinct "L" ratings. Or as you said an "O" (actually N 1/2 + k).

IC/1 Navy, 100% Schedular + SMC, Shellback, Blue Nose, Crossed International Dateline and Prime Meridian.
