I got a letter from Mr Carpenter today asking for me to sign release of information forms. In that letter he stated he has large case load and limited staff. It will take him 2 years to get my C file and review it.
I dont want to take the 19 months going through BVA appeal process just for him to come in on the 18th month and want to file a new breif starting the process all over.
I feel 16 years back pay with an admisson from the VA they did not obtain the key document that 22 years later showed I was SC all along. Im just not going to be put on hold for 2 years while he makes up his mind what my case is.
