Alb Posted February 3, 2009 Author Share Posted February 3, 2009 I filed a claim for cervical and lumbar in may 2007. Received notice today about award and appeal info. They first denied the claim then came back and awarded me. The C&P doctor said I was healed. (dumb Nurse doctor), in the process I was awarded 100% PTSD in Oct 2008.
