Sometimes you will see empty quiet chamber for a while- then it fills up and the hearing will begin- but not always on time-

This is a joint Sub Committee hearing.I think Congressman John Hall is going to begin the hearing- not sure yet.

I did contact Todd Chambers at the House Committee but no reply to date?
