Tayo
Makes a lot of since and haven't thought of it that way. When I lived in D.C.,,, I just felt so left out after researching country wide state benefits for veterans and absolutely nothing for veterans in the nations capitol. I always felt that maybe there should be an amendment or clause for veterans living in D.C. be granted such same privileges as those afforded in Maryland (for example). Just doesn't seem right that veterans living in D.C. have no "granted" benefits from the norm. Hmmmm,,,, sometimes it takes a spark to get the flame burning. If there has already been an initiated spark,,, then the two sparks together only brings more awareness to the flame. Do you or anything believe that veterans living in the country's capital be afforded similar benefits given to veterans living in the country's states? Just a thought.
