Ken1
Received letter from VA denying my 21-526 PENSION Claims due to gross earning. Does this effect my claims for compensation? Since the Pension process was pending for 2 years does this mean that my claims are working the way to top of past due file? Thanks for any replies Ken1
sharon
Pension is an income based program and has not to do with compensation claim other than total for permanent and total rating for pension. With pension your non-service connected conditons are also considered. They still will work you compensation claim. Have they developed for the compensation issues? "Don't give up.
