I hope this works???? Should I allow a VET washington, d.c. person to apply to the VETERANS Washington, DC Trial Court for another PTSD increase??? I could loose the present 30% PTSD/Depression which would LOOSE and CRUSH my MONEYS!!!! Sorry , my mind is almost gone! I don't know how to use this stuuf!!! My minmd is GONE!!!! Thjanks!!!! :)

John –

You do not apply for rating increases with the court of appeals for veterans claims or the BVA in Washington, which will just send them to the Regional Office (if you are lucky). They go to the Regional Office directly, and best preceded by an informal claim so that you can peg an early effective date and a request for an exam.
