Nexus Letter

I have an appt w/ my private neurosurgeron today & I need a nexus letter connecting my SC'ed disabilities to my currently existing medical condition. It should be just a plain basic letter that I can get the doc to sign. Hopefully she will sign it. Thx.

If the nexus letter says "possibly related to military service" you are going to be denied until/unless you can get a doc say something more like, "at least as likely as not related to military service"

The doc needs to write,

more likely or as likely as not connected to something

having to do with your active duty history and

support this opinion with some medical rationale.
