Looking For A Court Case

Question

I'm looking for the PONDS Court Case

and can't find it.

I think it has to do with a Chiropractor providing

medical evidence on his own disability, thereby the

evidence has to be weighed as probable & credible,

versus lay evidence.

All help is appreciated.
