The decision has now been posted to the BVA website. The citation Nr. is 0941553. It has been more than 100 days since the BVA decision and I still await a rating decision. I just hope that the rating decision and the EED are right the first time around.

Jim-in essense although you won, this could be considered as partial grant due to the remand in your case and therefore maybe you should whip off this info to them:

This claim has the potential to be of help many more personnel that may have been exposed to Agent Orange directly or even indirectly at Fort Gordon, GA or perhaps even at other installations stateside where AO was possibly used.
