Great C&p Exam

Question

I had my C&P exam yesterday and I'm left feeling very hopeful. My exam lasted about 1-1/2 hours. The doctor said she had no doubt that the onset of my MS occurred in service. She told me that she would get her report to the RO the same day so I could get what I need. I am very pleased with the outcome. Now to see what the RO does. Thanks so much for all of the advice.

Just remember free advice is worth every penny you paid for it, most of us have learned our ideas and got educated by the "system" the school of hard knocks so to speak

I am glad you got a "good" C&P most of them leave the veterans scared about how bad it is going to be I suggest you still ask for a copy of it in the next few weeks just to see how the written word either stays or strays from the verbal so to speak

Congrats K K

You should get your answer from the RO in 3 to 4 months. Like Test says get a copy of your C&P. I have good vibes from your post

Thanks guys! I will definitely work on getting a copy of the report. I had the exam at a VA OPC a couple of hours away. Do you know if I can get a copy of it from my local VAMC? I'd hate to have to get someone to drive me that far again, especially since I may have to go for more exams for the secondary conditions if the RO makes a grant.

They should have it. They need a little time but you can call the number on your pills ask for operator and than Freedom of Information and ask them. You will still need to dill out a form and I always write for reason claims information.
