Question

i was granted service connection over 30 percent back in 2007 how ever they failed to pay for dependents 22 children I have filed a nod in december of 2009 for tmj and in that i RESUBMITTED the forms prooving dependants. I have called the regional office and the lady states its in review my question is will I be awarded the back pay for dependents and if so will it go back to 2007. thanks I am new at this

Do you have proof of submitting a completed and signed 21-686c form

along with the documents requested in the form,when your SC was granted

at 30 percent ?

proof yes as a letter recieved by va stating those forms have been recieved

What was the date of the Rating Decision that granted

SC of at least 30 percent ?

What is the date VA states those forms have been recieved.

If you look through your files or records - locate the form that

matches the link below and see what date is on it.
