vaf
Do you mean the watermark is causing the page to copy black? If that's the case, he may be able to scan the paperwork, and then print from the scan.
HadIt.com Elder LarryJ Posted March 12, 2010 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted March 12, 2010 it's to keep someone from altering the copy that you receive and then making an official looking copy of the copy. "It is cold and we have no blankets. The little children are freezing to death. My people, some of them, have run away to the hills, and have no blankets, no food; no one knows where they are-perhaps freezing to death. I want to have time to look for my children and see how many of them I can find. Maybe I shall find them among the dead. Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired; my heart is sick and sad. From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever." Chief Joseph
bufloguy
Scanning the needed documents may work, best setting is greyscale. I'm delighted when the fix for a problem is "hit it with a hammer" Its also a cool way to fix something.
buickx
I guess i'm asking if this is legal, or something else they are doing to create roadblocks...
HadIt.com Elder LarryJ Posted March 13, 2010 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted March 13, 2010 I guess i'm asking if this is legal, or something else they are doing to create roadblocks... Legal? Of course it's "legal", it is, after all, the SAME gubbermint that's doing it, as it is the same gubbermint that makes the laws about whether it is legal or not. Right? But, of course, I don't think that they are looking at whether or not they "inconvience" you or not, but they are looking at, for good reason, whether or not some fooleo could come along and do a bit of "documentation dis-orientation". And, don't think that there aren't those out there that wouldn't. For example, the wannabe that claimed that he had not ONE but TWO Congressional Medal of Honor. Claimed he had the paperwork to "prove it"................. "It is cold and we have no blankets. The little children are freezing to death.
