  1. Permanent and Total under iu is under consideration to be dropped back to awarded compensation before you applied for iu for 100%, under new health care law... just got an alert from Vietnam Veterans of America ....what's up with this ?

THe CDC came out with a document that Agent Orange can be Airborn...The following doc was used by a Thailand vet to get his claim approved...If your job was outside exp. mechanic on plane,,, "Dust or soil particles contaminated with TCDD can remain airborne or accumulate on indoor or outdoor work surfaces and may present a potential exposure hazard. Exposure to TCDD as a vapor will normally be negligible because of its low vapor pressure. Contact with TCDD-contaminated liquids is possible through the handling of drums or tanks containing the liquid or through dispersion of the liquid." http://www.cdc.gov/niosh/docs/84-104/

  6. Once your prostrate is removed file for "quality of life"(loss of organ).....being at 80%...you'll have to get 50% min. to get over a hundred %...if you qualify.... file for unemployability..

    Agent Orange

    You should contact the va hosp near you, and take the Agent Orange test..consisting of a blood test, chest xray, and a nurse asking you were you were in Vietnam, dates etc....you'll get a letter in about two weeks with their findings...with the letter go to a primary dr in va and show him the letter which in turn he'll assign you to a specialist in the field.... The dr is required by law to write a letter on his letterhead ,va or private, in support of your claim.. good luck..
  9. Having been service connected @ 90%....to get to 100% with individual diseases you will have to be another 50% service connected...(VA Math) if you are not working, file for unemployability...

  11. Just remember they sprayed off of the back of trucks/jeeps, which became airborn from the wind blowing, which carried ao all over the bases. of which you would of walked thru the shit every day...

  13. Polyneuropathy is you have neuropathy, but it turns on and off......the pain is not constant...I have it...and sc for it...
  14. Hi Berta... He was 100% for over 9 years...+ being short by 84 days of 10 yrs when he died.which was January 2011...he was 100% for ptsd...yes his wife has all his records, and I will try to get her on the internet to personnaly respond ... thanks
  15. He was a photographer in vietnam....died of colon cancer....the story is very complicated......I know if one of the items he's sc connected for is listed on his death certificate , that solves the problem, but until she tells me....I'm going to have to get more info...thanks
