Right on dude ,my brother has iskemeck heart disease and is 50% ptsd was in nam after i was there,i just called him and told him the news.

LOOKS LIKE YOU GUYS NEED TO READ UP ON THE RATING THE va MOST PROBABLY WILL USE, i SUBMITTED A COMMENT TO THE RULES THAT THEY SHOULD USE THE RULE THEy have in effet now on rating a % for each disease.....

this is the same rating % they have been using... CFR 38 4.104
