chr49
Can you receive full compensation and still work? Any links for information would be appreciated. Try a Hadit search for "100% and working". You may find some of the info you are looking for there. I think you'll find that whether you are schedular or IU makes a difference. *Bergie*
Can you receive full compensation and still work? Any links for information would be appreciated. You can be 100% schedular and still work. All it means is that the total of all your disabilities adds up to 100% based on the combined rating chart. You might find something as chr49 said. Hpe this helps, Bergie As a combat veteran, or any veteran for that matter!!! If you thought the fighting was over when you came home, got out, or when the politicians said it was over. Welcome to the real fight, welcome to VA claims!!! "Just sayin"
dsgsr
I am 100% scheduler P&T and have been told if I work it could put my benefits at risk, So be very careful. I called the 1-800-827-1000 # three times over a one yr. period and each time the person on the other end of the phone (after looking up my info.) said I could go to work. I then (after a Congressional Inquery) recieved a letter from the RO director that working could put my benifits at risk. David
