Question

OK I have a question

I have a VA Diagnosis of PTSD & have been seeing a VAShrink for years & I did serve in a Battle Area

South China Sea 1964-1967.. I was in the Navy

At persent I am 100% Disabled T&P but I was wondering if there is any advantage to me for applying for this

Any ideas let me know

I still have the original application I put for PTSD with but it was turned down as stressor was turned down

GARY

I think that is a bad idea. I have no idea what you are rated 100% for. If you have another C&P

for PTSD and they could review your medical records and come to the conclusion that

you have improved than you could get screwed. Unless you can get another 70%, I would forget it.

Almost exactly the same thing with me except i am 50% bipolar. On my last award with bipolar c&p examiner diagnosed me with ptsd.

However the stressor thing got me even though i was in predicaments i could not prove being a 21/2 truck driver.

Seems since it is on my award it should be automatic sc am i right ?
