TheVet Centers are outstanding, they provide one-on-one counceling, and group counceling in a non threatening relaxed environment. One nice thing about them is that the staff can access your VAMC files, but the VA staff cannot access your Vet Center files. I have been going for almost a year and recommend it to anyone eligible.
