Ok, the rule leaves OMB later this week, triggers the 60 day CRA. Webb starts his hearing on September 23rd. Getting closer to election day, a number of Senators are up for re-election, their minds are on their campaigns. Everyone know they are not going to accomplish anything from now to the election. After the election, they may be in lame duck sessions. A few days into the hearing, LO and BEHOLD Senator Webb "gets it" and announces he is satisfied with the Secretary's decision and calls a vote for the CRA to be cut short and let the rule fo forward. BINGO, BANGO...Senator Webb becomes a HERO to all the Viet Nam Vets. Thoughts?
