HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted April 5, 2011 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted April 5, 2011 They will be rated together but each can add to severity Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
stormvet
After a couple days of trying to interpet 38cfr for this I have no clue where this will drop in I have symptoms from 50% 75% and 100%. Im guessing its what kind of day the rater is havinmg when he or she gets to my file.
stormvet
Another question I had a appointment with the VA psychirist yesterday. She told me with the meds I am on I do not need to be driving now because of the meds she has me on and she put it in my records. My case is at the black hole called the "RATER" and has been there since like 3-1. Will this new information be a reason for NOD if it comes back from the rater with poor ratings or should there be a request for reconsideration due to new medical information available. Im just trying to cover all bases and stay ahead of there game.l

IMO - get a fishing pole or find a hobby as this is just getting started. The "black hole" for claims adjudication is actually the AMC. Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed. HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted April 8, 2011 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted April 8, 2011 Storm if your Doc wrote in your Medical records that you should not drive you should get copies and highlight them and send to VARO to consider a higher rating. Most employers do not want to hire anyone who can't drive due to medication. Good Luck on your claim Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
