Question

If a child or spouse is injured or catches a disease while accompanying overseas what is the process for determination and compensation? I can't find anything on Google, but I probably haven't worded my query properly.

Anyone know of where to ask this question or the proper agency to speak to?

Thanks.

Military retirees earn their retired pay by service alone, and those unfortunate enough to suffer a service-connected disability in the process

should have VA disability compensation added to their earned military retired pay, not subtracted from it.

I am no expert on this but not much of a chance barring a tort claim I would guess

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
