E Benefits Says Bva Made A Descion How Long Till?

Hey I have a claim with the BVA that was remanded from BVA to VARO. I checked my e-benfits web page and it said that under my Appeals a descion was made 04-30-11. Any Idea when I will hear anything coming from the BVA or my VARO? I know it takes time but has anyone got a timeline of how long once descion was made. This claim is 9 years old back and forth like a ping pong ball. Apriciate any ideas I know or was told that they wait until they have a full box to ship back and forth but who knows if that was true thanks have a good day

An educated "guess" would be 3 months to a year but it could also be more, or even less time. Sorry, I can't do better than that. jmo

Really depends on a lot of things. If you have a large retro it takes longer but my guess is between 30 and 120 days from the decision. Good luck hope that you get it Monday
