I submitted my claim for Parkinson's disease using the FAST TRACK system in 02-11. I submitted all the required form and medical evidence. I submitted the VCAA authorization electronically. Later, I learned that someone moved my claim to the regular claims system, and now the va is asking for the hard copy signed VCAA. So, just because you start your claim in FAST TRACK does not mean that it will stay there. I did send a nice IRIS inquiry to find out why, and I sent a 21-4138 answering other issues that the va raised on va form 21-6789, this is a form that the va sent me by mistake, it is an internal va form. I have been waiting so very long for my other claims, and believe this may have delayed them.
