Acl And Chondromalacia

Question

I am currently rated 20% left knee. and after having my 4 surgery in the mri it said I had major Chondromalacia in both bones in the knee.can I file for Chondra secondery and get a second rating or will this count towards the knee disability?

You should certainly file for secondary for the Chondromalacia.

Has a VA doctor stated that it is a secondary disability to the SC knee yet?

At the BVA web site are similiar claims.

The vet was denied for higher then 10% for this condition but this case has the rating criteria and shows what the VA needs for secondary SC comp.
