Seeking Vso In San Antonio Area

Army vet 8+ years service. Upon discharge awarded 20% compensation. Used Tx VC.

Last year switched to another VSO, raised to 40%...Needs new VSO as this one is ill and not able to proceed with vet's claim. Please advise if anyone has experience with a knowledgeable VSO in this area. Thank you. I will pass any info on to this vet, as he is getting ready to submit his NOD. Prefers an insider(one able to view status on VARO computer site).

Prev had TVC as posted upon discharge in 2001 and they were??? Let's say he was glad when he got a real VSO who is a hadit member...unfortunately he needs someone who is active in this capacity, so that's why I posted here. Thanks pete53 for the suggestion...
