Arizona Time Lines For Claims

I just got off the phone with the call center in AZ checking for the status of my claim. I asked(as this is the 1st time I actually got hold of the call center in my state) what the new guide lines were. For what it is worth he says the new time lines are: Development stage: 200 days. Decision stage:: 76 days. And those were only an estimate. They had been checking for information in my personal records which just closed out in mid August. Maybe they were checking to see if I qualified for agent orange. Seriously?

Honestly I have over 8 claims at that VARO and I am still waiting for a decision on them for almost two years on some. They are not really complicated claims, hearing loss, A/O related illnesse's etc. PTSD. I have a DRO over 22 months.......so???? I think they tell you what you want to hear really, I am just not happy with them, but you have no choice but to wait them out. Thankfully only one vet has died on me.
