jhilly Posted September 15, 2011 Share Posted September 15, 2011 I applied for clothing allowance but it was denied due to my claim for knee injury being denied. I appealed my knee injury claim. chiefhouse00 Posted October 9, 2011 Share Posted October 9, 2011 Greetings The VA sent me a computer generated letter which asked a series of questions about my current condition and whether I still needed clothing allowance for this year, and return the signed document to my VA Before Aug 2011. I didn't get any clothing allowance this year because that VA Generated Clothing Allowance form should never have been sent to veterans and was not accepted.
