Deferred?

Rate this question

Deacon 2011

Question

Hey Team... I'm currently rated at 80%, (70% TBI, the rest for other stuff); anyhow, I have another claim pending from May of 2010 (Sleep Apnea, Degenerative Spine Disease) and I submitted a claim for TDIU in Feb 2011, haven't worked due to SC conditions since Dec 2010... receiving SSDI for SC.

OK, "Peggy" tells me that on 17 August, one or more of my claims was deferred and I would receive correspondence (not!); I waited a few weeks and submitted an IRIS request, today I got a generic answer which had nothing to do with what I inquired about but they did mention the word "deferred" in the response. My question is, how can I find out what has been deferred? By the way, I do have a VSO, no contact from them or my VARO in six months, they don't even respond.

Help!

Hey - how is "Peggy?" I loved that reference! And of course, no surprise you get nothing from your VSO, which is why I'm against using them. You're supporting someone who doesn't work. Might as well be a union employee. jmo As for the deferment, good luck. Just wait on what's been decided and they'll let you know.
