C&p Exam Deception

Question

I submitted paper to have a copy of a c&p exam which i had my exam in Feb of 2011 and the examiner mentioned that i had foot drop but the thing thats funny is the copy of C&P exam that i got saids date of exam is Aug of 2011 I believe they are doing everything they can to deny my claim... And this exam mentioned nothing of footdrop and maybe the examiner didnt put it in their but it just seem suspect to me...

What was the condition the C&P was scheduled for ?

If you look over your copy of the C&P real good, I have a feeling that

it was printed in Aug 2011.

JMHO

Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.

condition for post operative degenerative disc disease of lumbar spine

claimant: john doe

date of exam 8/11/2010

date of report 8/20/2010

my cover letter saids the date time for the exam is 02/16/2011

provider /////////

address //////////////// etc

i had a c&p exam for a foot condition in aug of 2010 and thats not even on this C&p exam

i posted that the exam was feburary 2011 but the date on the exam is Aug of 2010

something is very wrong
