If you mean electrocardiograph from 1971-

it would most likely not reflect his present graph results-

But then again it might reflect something in the past that you need.?

I am not a doctor and only was able to figure out my husband's ECGs.

There might well be notations right at the top or a narrative in his med recs.

If an ECHO was done, there should be a report there that is much easier for a Layperson to understand.

When I used the results of Rod's ECGs and ECHO in my FTCA claim against the gov, I had obtained lots of cardiology books from the Corning library and also bought a Nursing medical text book, which is outdated now. This was before the internet had so much medical info.

Many VAMCs have medical libraries-they might actually let you use their library for information-but the internet should help you on this.

One question- why haven't you asked a doctor to interpret it?

In my case, Rods ECG was definitely interpreted right, they just forgot to tell the patient he had significant heart disease and then they didnt have to treat it.
