Well, the silence here appears to be deafening.

Any medication may have nausea, "upset stomach" or perhaps diarrhea as one of the minor side effects, but I'm not aware of any studies that show that any of your four prescribed medications cause a true case of IBS.

However, a pretty much normal side effect of hydrocodone (as well as most narcotics) is constipation.

If your hydrocodone compound compound also includes acetaminophen (Tylenol), you really need to make sure you don't take extra doses of acetaminophen/Tylenol for other conditions; it's amazing how many OTC medications also contain acetaminophen/Tylenol.

I am on hydrocodone and lorazapam. Citopram and trazadone. I have had some problems since I have been on these. Can they be the cause to IBS?

Talk to your Doc. Meds can add to problems with IBS but I doubt that they are the cause. You really need a good checkup as it can be caused by coitus. My wife has it and she went through ringer getting the dx

Good Luck

I'd ask my provider to refer me for a colonoscopy. You may have other issues causing your symptoms.
