Status Change

Today my claim status in eBennies changed to Preparation for Notification. What does this mean? Is everything done and a letter on the way? What is a rough timeline from this status to receiving the big envelope?

I would take anything you get on ebenefits or the 800# with a grain of salt. It could be 3 days or 3 months. When you find it in the mailbox then you know.

Thanks ... yes it seems that the system would be better off if the resources used for ebennies and Peggy were applied to more useful efforts... I was just hoping....

When my claim went to Preparation for Notification, the next day it was sent back to Review of Evidence and then went right

to Completed, So don't be surprised if this happens. But the good thing is you have movement.
