Question

I have Thailand claim for direct exposure herbicide for IHD/AICD and GERD well documented in private records. I am wondering if I should consider a SC approach on my claim as well since there is mention of issues during service.

My wife the RN completed a timeline of events in( C-file )during service that may be related to my now diagnosis in appeal at RO. Thoughts ? I have a abnormal EKG in my record that I just found.

Question: Is there any value in a IMO to pull all this together and make the case or ? thanks for reading > jim

"during service that may be related to my now diagnosis in appeal at RO"

Is the claim on appeal for IHD?

Is that '.now; diagnosis or 'new' diagnosis?

Do you fall into this Thailand AO veteran criteria as to exposure?

Is that '.now; diagnosis or 'new' diagnosis? This is now diagnosis

Do you fall into this Thailand AO veteran criteria as to exposure? Yes, I do , i am very familar with those requirements , I currently have filed direct exposure for the three above diagnosis, but wonder if 2 of them might be service connection since i seem to have symptoms in military. I was secuity augmentee and jet engine mechanic in udorn 1970

Here is a link for presumptive's http://veterans.verm...ts/presumptives

IMO I think that is a good deal of documentation. I would wait and see what the C&P doctor says before you go and spend the big money on the IMO.. Or you could talk to your private doctor and use this board to guide you two along the way. Just curious what were all the things you were filing for?

Currently in appeal is IHD ith AICD, GERD, Chronic renal diease

Not filed yet : HTN, DM 2, essential tremors, ED with all the meds, depression . On SSDI

I only go to VA yearly to get meds renewed.

I use my private docs for all my care . I have never had a C and P. Records from all the specialist I have have been accepted.

It is the proof of on or near perimeter that I struggle in proving.

Thanks for reading my info and sending the link. Jim

Do you fall into this Thailand AO veteran criteria as to exposure?

Question to all who have replyed : Should I go ahead and file the new diagnosis or wait for the primary ones to get approved or denied ? I hesitate to do anything more to slow the 2 year pocess down.

Thank you , I think I will wait for the bigger claims , I have also completed a Congressional Inquiry with AZ John Mc Cain............They have responded.........we will see.

what is EDD by writing a 21-4128 statement . I know the form is a support of statement but what exactly should I be saying..........Thanks ......the wait does suck when you have all this crap. I would go back to work in a heart beat to give up the horrible disease I have. I worked for 25 years for a major airline and really do miss the work. thanks again JIm
