I Have A New Ptsd Claim?

Rate this question

Question

I checked in eBenefits yesterday and got the shock of my life. I have a new PTSD claim for an increase dated 6-2012. I already have a request for an increase dated back to 8-2010, with a C&P dated 9-2010.

Now, back in 6-2012, I went to the VA Benefits Office here in San Antonio, to ask them for the current status and only the current status of my increase for PTSD dated 8-2010. I do not understand how I got a new claim out of this. More than likely this will mean a new C&P exam, and I have had enough. Is their any way that I can get this 6-2012 claim stopped?

I now understand why they keep the VA workers behind locked doors with a armed guard outside.
