I find this subject very hard to understand. I will make this short and use only one example. Take the Thoracolumbar Spine, for example: The normal Forward Flexsion is 0 to 90 degrees, but the examinee has the following: 40 degrees, 40 at pain, and 40 at repetive. Since the 40 degrees fall into the 0 to rane, does this mean that the Veteran will be denied?
