Bva Award..no Retro...berta?

I received a BVA decision in August, 2012. This was a "partial grant", where the BVA awarded me 10 months retro, and denied some other unrelated stuff.

Even tho Fast letter 10-02 prohibits this practice, the VARO has not sent me my retro.

I am hoping someone has a phone number of who to call to fix this.

IRIS...no response.

FL 10-02 came out 3 years ago January.

The backlog as grown every year since 2010.

It might not be unusual at all ,these days, as the RO needs to rate the awarded condition, if it is at a ratable level.

If you tell me what RO I might have a Fax number for them.
