JBasser:

Douglas Rosinski is an attorney specializing in Veterans claims.

He does take veterans claims at the appeal level.

Jerrel, Berta and Myself really enjoyed this show as it was outstanding with a lot of good information.

Stretch:

This is the link to contacting your Senators ,in regards to HR 5948, The Veterans Fiduciary Reform Act of 2012,that Doug Rosinki and I briefly mentioned in yesterday;'s SVR show.

http://www.veterans.senate.gov/contact-chairman.cfm

Although I hope we will soon do a future show specifically on this highly important issue, later today I will do a new topic here , for some background on this issue.

Any veteran, in receipt of VA compensation, could someday find themselves declared incompetent by VA and, although many fiduciary situations go well, some situations regarding VA-picked fiduciarys have been horrible.

And as Doug said, it doesn't always involve mentally disabled veterans. He mentioned the MS vet whose physical disability of MS left him unable to write a check, so VA said he was incompetent because he couldn't hold a pen.
