Informing Ro Of Change In Medical Records

Question

My claim is at "Preparation for decision" and is about 2 years old. I have been just recently measured for range of motion at the local VAMC and it will add an additional 30% to my claim. This is new information and was not in my records before. Would it be wrong If I sent a letter to my RO with an attached copy of the new write-up? Slowlane

DO it!!!

If you have new evidence before the decision is done, then send it in. YES, it may delay your claim, but everything delays your claim. If you are denied, then you can argue they did not consider that new evidence.
