It is my understanding that the spouse of a veteran who has been 100% P&T for less than 10 years would not be entitled to DIC if the veteran dies from a non-service connected condition.
QUESTION: Would the spouse also lose their ChampaVA benefits upon the veteran's death if the veteran had been 100% P&T for less than 10 years when he died from a non-service connected condition?
