Remember. Must have war time svc.(38 cfr 3.2, periods if war) Age or ssa/ssi (if not age) and net worth under 80000 or no sustainable net worth under 80000 based on life expectancy. Also at least 90 days svc before 1980 with one day during war time or two years svc after 1980 it completed required obligation. Jmho
