Dates Used In Ebenefits.

Question

When I went on ebenefits I noticed there are 8 phases you would normally go through on a claim.

Under the phase you see dates indicating how long it may be in that phase and an expected ending date.

How accurate are these dates, or are they just thrown on there. If accurate, my last day on the decision phase was today. That would be five phases of eight are complete.

Anyone more experienced than me on this, able to shed some light?

Thanks.

the dates are not accurate at all. when the va misses a date, they just supply another date. If your claim was/is in the decision phase, then you should receive your rating decision in about 10 days. You may even receive monies before receiving the letter. the VA is not consistent when it comes to this.
